Notehead toolbar buttons should be notation dependant

At present the toolbar permits changing the interactive state to breve, semibreve, minim, crotchet and quaver. Ideally, they should:

1) Change appearance to reflect notation at current cursor
2) Include other appropriate note lengths (long and maxima for mensural, smaller for CMN)
