Add compatibility layer for trivial-sockets

Description

This way, all code which currently uses trivial-sockets now, can start using usocket any time.

Also, dan_b will bless usocket as the successor to trivial-sockets.

Moving to its own component, now that I created a separate 'library' for just this functionality.

BTW: the library resides in the usocket project repository too.
