Add WHOISCHANNELS to the users channels

Description
The issue comes from the old TODO file.
One of the problems with the issue is that the library itself is not actually on these channels, so that there will not be an auto-update when the user leaves the channels.

I don't think this issue is really good at all, because of the lack of syncing the channels. There should at least be some mechanism to invalidate channel info older than x minutes.
Setting to unscheduled and trivial.
