Gridedit item deletion confirmation

Description

When items are deleted from the gridedit widget there is currently no confirmation request. A confirmation dialog needs to be added.

Ensure that the 'confirm' button is done via POST - currently items are deleted via because there is no confirmation dialog.

This is superceded by ticket #62. We should use undo instead of confirmation dialogs.
