Description

Currently page title is hardcoded in the 'with-page' function. We should make page titles dynamic. The should probably come from the navigation widget.

Fixed. Page titles are now generated with 'page-title' function. Web application name and description, as well as current page name (grabbed from the navigation control by default) are used.
