CVS/Git duplicate repositories (deduplication)

These projects have a non-empty CVS repository and also have a git repository in their GitLab group:

• cl-plplot
• cl-unification
• cmucl
• ecl
• ginseng
• gsharp
• linedit
• oct
• osicat
• slime
• trivial-iconv

Preferrably, these get de-duplicated/archived/whatever, *or* imported into GitLab as git repostories.

The CVS repository is superseded by the git repository and does not need to be publically accessible any more (I wouldn't go so far as to delete it, though).

Reaction for ECL: it's outdated, as the current Git repository is hosted on GitLab.com.

(Note: After removing the outdated Git and CVS repositories, the GitLab repository is now being mirrored daily)
