Checklist to add users to common-lisp.net

Usernames are generated by taking <first initial><last name>.

• Add system user through /custom/bin/add-user script
• Add user to GitLab through admin interface
• Add user to 'announcements' mailing list through admin interface (Membership management -> Mass subscription)
