Description

Neither Mensuration signs nor time signatures are currently completely catered for:

1) Add higher numbers for time sigs like 9/8
2) Improve support for complex sigs like 3/4 6/8 or 3+3+2/8
3) Add vertical and horizontal slash and reverse C
