ajax framework licence???
- get some information about the licence of the selected ajax framework
- include/add it to isidorus -> arrange with kuester

moved the frameworks prototype and scriptaculous to a foleder named external which also contained the MIT-License as txt file.
All files of isidorus have a header with the note that this project is destributed under lgpl license and the files of the ajax module hve additionally a note that references the mit-license which is in a txt file in the docs directory.
