Description
add the current created topic of a fragment as a player to the available association-roles where the constraints allow it - maybe as the topic named current-topic

the current created topic is available under the alias current-topic. At the moment this is the best way to solve this problems - to use the real defined psi would causes different problems, by changing the topic's psis, ...
