Dragging a note uses wrong y coordinates

Description
During note dragging, the note appears on the first stave whilst being dragged, even if it is on a lower stave. Probably easily fixed.

I've just tried it and fixed a version of the bug that appears on *my* version, but it looked different to the observed behaviour for the bug as reported (the note appeared too low rather than too high).
